Do you have a desire to disciple your kids but sometimes wonder what that means or how that looks?
Do you ever feel like nurturing faith and faithfulness is
- sometimes confusing
- sometimes overwhelming
- often times difficult?
If you want to help your kids grow in the Lord, but you’re not always sure how to do that or what that looks like in the day to day, join our Faithful Moms community for our new series :: A Peek into the Process — Real Discipleship in the Home.
Many of us moms lack the beautiful relationship of a mentor and the wisdom of someone a few steps ahead of us. Though this can in no way replace a living, breathing relationship, we can learn so much from other moms in the body of Christ.
In this series, different moms share honestly about their experience bringing up their kids in the “discipline and instruction of the Lord.”
Despite what many books will tell you, discipling our kids isn’t a one-size fits all formula. There is no “magic recipe” for success. Discipleship looks different in different homes and different seasons, and we have so much we can learn from one another.
The purpose of this series isn’t to guilt you about what you “should” be doing, but to give so much grace. Moms will share their routines, struggles, suggestions, and favorite resources, but one of my favorite parts of this series is seeing the beautiful flexibility and variety that comes as we get before God and live out what HE is calling us to do in our own homes.
