It’s almost Easter! Have you come up with a plan to make Holy Week meaningful for your family? We have a simple Bible reading challenge to help!
Starting on Palm Sunday, we will read through the last chapters of Luke, following the steps of Jesus. We’ll travel down the Mount of Olives on Palm Sunday. We’ll get the behind-the-scenes view of the plot to kill him. We’ll visit the upper room with the disciples, walk to the garden to see Jesus pray, and weep. And then we’ll watch him pour out his love to all of mankind. This really is an incredible story of the tender and sacrificial love that ends in beautiful hope.
If you are wanting to spend more time with your family in God’s Word, these chapters are a great place to start. We even have a post all about how to simply sit down and read the Bible.
I am so excited to immerse our family in the Word this week, focusing fully on Jesus.
Will you commit to reading God’s Word every day with your family? Download the reading plan, grab a Bible and your kids, invite a friend or two to join in, and jump into the challenge!
I can’t wait to see how God works in and through our families as we spend time in His Word preparing our hearts for Easter.
